Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time from your dashboard. The price difference is prorated for the remaining period of your current plan, so you only pay for what you use.

Most listings are verified and live within 24–48 business hours after submission. You'll receive an email notification once your profile is approved.

Yes. All verified listings are indexed and optimised for search engine visibility. Higher-tier packages receive enhanced SEO treatment, including priority placement in search results and category pages.

You'll receive renewal reminders 7 days before expiry. If not renewed, your listing moves to a reduced-visibility state. Your data and profile are retained for 60 days, giving you time to renew without losing your history.

The B2M (Business-to-Market) Partner Program lets you earn commission by selling Tradesfolks business packages to vendors, startups, and enterprises. You get a unique referral link, a partner dashboard, and earn up to 35% on every confirmed sale.

Register via the Become a B2M Partner page, complete your profile, and await approval. Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. Once approved, you'll receive your referral code and dashboard access immediately.

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the sale value of the package sold. Each package tier carries a fixed commission rate. For example, if you sell a ₹5,000 package with a 20% commission rate, you earn ₹1,000 on that sale.

Yes. You earn the same commission rate on every renewal made by clients you referred — for as long as they remain active Tradesfolks customers. Renewal commissions are credited automatically on the renewal date.

Commissions are credited within 48 hours of a confirmed and verified sale. Renewal commissions are credited on the renewal date. You can view all pending and credited commissions in your partner dashboard.

The minimum payout threshold is ₹500. Once your pending balance reaches or exceeds this amount, it will be included in the next scheduled payout cycle.

Payouts are processed on a monthly cycle, typically within the first 7 business days of each month. You'll receive a payment confirmation email once the transfer is initiated.

We currently support bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS) and UPI for payouts. You can add or update your payment details from the Payout Settings section in your partner dashboard.

Yes. Your partner dashboard shows a full lead and conversion report, including which clients signed up via your referral link, which package they purchased, and the commission status for each sale.

If a sale is refunded within the refund window, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your pending balance. Commissions on sales older than 30 days are not affected by refunds.
